THE PROCESS

Six steps, and then it is yours.

Here is exactly what happens between clicking buy and owning the finished work.

  1. 01

    You choose a project

Read the full scope on the project page: what is included, what is not, what we will need from you, and how long it takes. Everything an agency would put in a proposal is already published. If it does not fit, do not buy it — and email us, because we would rather tell you we are wrong for the job.

  2. 02

    You pay online

Fixed price, card checkout. You accept the service agreement at payment and get a copy with your receipt, along with the scope sheet for exactly what you bought.

  3. 03

    You complete the intake

A guided form asks for what this specific project needs — products, images, logo, colors, competitor examples, and an invite as a secondary user on any account we have to work in. Around ten minutes. If anything is missing, we email you naming the specific item, not a vague reminder. This is when your delivery clock starts — not at payment, because we cannot build without your files and dating it from payment would be dishonest.

  4. 04

    We build it

Your project goes into production with a written brief and a checklist tied to the scope you bought. We email you when it starts, with the date it is due back. You do not need to do anything in between. If we need a decision, we email; otherwise the next thing you hear is the delivery.

  5. 05

    You review it

You get the finished work and every source file — plus a written owner’s guide on store builds. If you want changes, use the revision requests listed on your project page — send them as one consolidated list. Each round comes back within three business days.

  6. 06

You own it, and we close the project

Access and files transfer to you. Your support window starts — two months on website builds, 30 days on everything else. The project formally closes. There is nothing to cancel, because there is nothing ongoing.

ACCOUNT ACCESS

We work as an invited user. We never ask for your password.

Every platform we build on lets you invite someone in under their own login, with permissions you choose and can withdraw. That is how we work on every project. If a message ever asks you to send us a password, it did not come from us.

Shopify
We send a collaborator request from our Partner account. You approve it, you choose the permissions, and it does not use up one of your staff seats. You can change or revoke it at any time from your own admin.
Amazon Seller Central
You invite us as a user under Settings, then User Permissions, and set exactly what we can see and edit. We sign in with our own credentials — never yours.
Your domain
Usually nothing at all. Connecting a domain needs one DNS record added, which takes about five minutes and you can do it yourself. If you would rather we did it, most registrars have a delegated-access option.

You can withdraw every one of these the day we deliver. Nothing we hand over stops working when you do — that is the point of building it on your own accounts.

Then what?

Nothing, until you want something. There is no retainer and no subscription. When you need the next thing — listings for a new channel, descriptions for a new range, a bigger store — you order the next project. That is the whole model.

What we need from you, honestly

Three things make a project run on time, and all three are yours:

Complete files at intake

The single biggest cause of a late delivery is a missing product spreadsheet.

Consolidated revisions

One list beats eleven emails, for both of us.

A decision-maker

If three people need to approve the homepage, tell us at intake so we can plan for it.
