LISTINGS › AMAZON LISTING REBUILD
Pretty isn’t enough. Most listings are losing search space they already paid for.
Amazon cut the title limit to 75 characters and enforces it. It indexes only the first 1,000 bytes of your five bullets combined. Backend search terms cap at 249 bytes, and one byte over de-indexes every term with no warning. Almost no listing written before this year respects any of that. We rebuild yours around the current rules and show you the measurements before and after.
Amazon changed the rules in July. Most listings have not caught up.
Title length
75 characters
Was 200. Now 75 and enforced. Amazon has started replacing over-length titles with its own.
Bullets indexed
first 1,000 bytes
Across all five combined. Anything past it is invisible to search.
Backend search terms
249 bytes
Bytes, not characters. One over de-indexes every term, with no warning.
Browse node
must match the product
The department you rank in is not always the one you picked.
None of this is visible by reading a listing. All of it is visible to Amazon.

IF THE PICTURES ARE THE PROBLEM TOO

Where the visual half goes next
The Rebuild fixes what Amazon reads. The Complete Listing Build adds what the shopper sees — eight gallery images and three A+ modules, on the same ASIN.
Design previews built to show the deliverable, using fictional brands. Not client work, not screenshots of your listing, and not a claim about results. Your build is made around your own product, your own photography and your own specifications.

QUESTIONS
How is this different from a freelancer rewriting my bullets?
A rewrite makes the sentences better. This makes the listing mechanically correct, which is a different job. On a real listing we audited, the five bullets totalled 1,576 bytes — Amazon indexes the first 1,000, so bullet five was invisible to search and bullet four was cut mid-sentence. The backend field was filled correctly and 25 of its 30 words already appeared in the title and bullets, so 83% of it was doing nothing. And the listing was ranking in the wrong department entirely. None of that is visible by reading the page, and none of it is fixed by better writing.
What actually changed on Amazon?
The title limit dropped to 75 characters for all non-media categories and is now hard-enforced, down from 200. Amazon has been replacing over-length titles with its own AI-generated versions. If your listing predates that change, its title is almost certainly too long — and if you do not fix it, eventually Amazon writes it for you.
Will this increase my sales?
We will not tell you that, because we cannot know it and nobody honest can. What we can tell you is exactly what was wrong, exactly what changed, and the measurements for both. Ranking depends on price, reviews, images, stock and competitors as much as on the listing — and we will tell you when one of those is the real problem instead of selling you a rebuild that will not fix it.
Do you need access to my seller account?
No. We deliver a document you paste in. Access is only needed if you would rather we entered it, and that is your call, not a requirement.
What if my listing is already in good shape?
Then we tell you so, in writing, with the numbers that show it — and we will say which of the other things on your page is actually costing you. We would rather lose the upsell than take money for a rebuild that changes nothing.
Can you do more than five?
Yes — order as many five-packs as you need. Each pack is the same fixed price for the same work, so twenty ASINs is four packs and there is nothing to negotiate. Above twenty we do not currently take the work on, because at that volume the answer is a process inside your own team rather than a project from us.
