Privacy Policy

Your name, email and business details. The files and information you upload at intake. Payment details processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. We never receive or store passwords for your platform accounts: where a project needs access you invite us as a user on your own account, and you can withdraw that access at any time. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP addresses, as part of delivering the site. We do not currently run any analytics or advertising trackers on this website, and we set no cookies of our own. If that changes we will update this page and say so here.

To deliver the project you bought, to communicate with you about it, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.

Vercel, who host this website. Google Workspace, where we hold email and project files. Stripe, who process payments. The form provider we use for intake. And — only where a project requires it — the platform you have asked us to work in. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

We also work with a small number of contractors — designers, listing writers and store builders — who carry out production work. A contractor is given your brand details and the answers you provided at intake only for the specific project they have been assigned, only while that project is open, and never any payment information. Their access ends when the project closes. They work under written confidentiality terms, and all correspondence with you comes from us, not from them.

We keep project files for two years after completion and then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner. Financial records for as long as the law requires.

Ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

We may show work we have done for you in our portfolio. Tell us in writing and we will not.
