Refund Policy

Changed your mind before sending your files? Email us and we will refund in full, no questions.

We have reviewed your materials and built the brief. The 25% covers that.

The work is being performed. If something has gone wrong, tell us and we will fix it inside your revision allowance.

If we cannot complete the scope you bought for a reason within our control, you get everything back.

If your intake stays incomplete for 30 days we may pause the project. At 90 days we may close it and convert what you paid into a credit, valid for twelve months against any project we offer. We will email you before either happens, and the credit is transferable to another project at any time.

Email us from the address you used at checkout. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within five business days. How long they then take to appear is controlled by your bank or card issuer and can take several days more.
